All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our approved payment methods. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount specified.
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp. Once confirmed, you will receive preparation and delivery updates through the same channel.
5. Delivery Terms
Delivery Area
We currently deliver within the Marshalltown area of Johannesburg and surrounding suburbs. Delivery availability is subject to change.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays.
Delivery Issues
If you are not satisfied with your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will work to resolve any issues promptly.
6. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use our services for any commercial purpose without our written consent

- Harass, abuse, or harm our staff or delivery personnel

Allora Cafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Our menu includes nuts, gluten, dairy, and other common allergens. While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from cross-contamination.
